Founder & Director, Imago Dei Transformation

Angela has been a leader in Texas education for over 28 years. She earned her Doctor of Education degree from Dallas Baptist University in 2019. Her doctoral research focused on Character Education and Family Engagement in public education. After an 11 year tenure as Superintendent of Advantage Academy Charter Schools, Angela retired in 2024.

With a passion for leading transformation in education, Angela founded Imago Dei Transformation to share her experience and support with other educators and administrators in Texas.
