Our mission at Imago Dei Transformation is to empower Texas educators, administrators, and families through personal and professional development. Our organization aims to promote positive culture change within school communities. We offer:

  • Community connections for educational leaders and families

Through a shared values-driven approach, our supportive network hopes to enhance the well-being and effectiveness of those within the Texas school system.

  • Angela McDonald, Ed.D

    FOUNDER & DIRECTOR

    Dr. Angela McDonald has dedicated 28 years to education, beginning as a teacher and going on to serve 11 years as Superintendent of a public charter school district. Angela has a Doctorate of Education degree from Dallas Baptist University. Angela retired in 2024, simultaneously founding Imago Dei Transformation to offer her expertise and support to the next generation of educators and families. In addition to directing operations and outreach at Imago Dei Transformation, Angela organizes and facilitates monthly group meetings.

  • Brittany Fitzerald, M.A

    OFFICER

    Brittany Fitzerald is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Certified Family Life Educator. She has used her trauma-informed training in private practice settings and in public education through family engagement and character-based curriculum development. Brittany manages online media and supports community outreach efforts at Imago Dei Transformation.

  • James K. McDonald

    OFFICER

    James K. McDonald has dedicated 17 years to education. James served our country in the United States Navy and later utilized his skills as Chief Operations Officer of a public charter school district. There, he was responsible for improving educational policies and procedures while overseeing the operations of multiple departments. James manages procedures and compliance at Imago Dei Transformation.
